Project Manager

Payrate: $38.00 - $39.03 /hour.


Summary:
The role involves managing and driving installations of manufacturing capital equipment, overseeing construction projects for facility upgrades, and solving complex challenges in manufacturing processes to ensure successful industrialization.


Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the installation of a wide variety of manufacturing capital equipment at the Pensacola facilities.
• Act as a construction project manager for facility additions and upgrades necessary for new equipment installations.
• Resolve complex challenges related to manufacturing processes and adapt facilities to ensure successful industrialization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of manufacturing experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in engineering or industrial construction related to equipment installation and commissioning.

Skills

• Experience managing industrial equipment installation or construction projects.
• Experience in the installation of industrial equipment and/or the construction of industrial facilities.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $38.00 - $39.03 /hour . Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
