Position Information: The Senior Human Resources Analyst oversees complex, high-profile, and sensitive programs including compensation, classification, systems administration, staff development, recruitment, and labor relations. This position serves as a subject matter expert for the District, utilizing strong diplomacy, tact, and relationship-building skills to navigate sensitive, high-impact organizational challenges. Shift Details: 8 hours a day; 260 day calendar
Continuing Position: Employees have reasonable assurance of continued employment to the following school year. However, an employee's total work hours, work locations, and the designated beginning and ending times may vary.

Hourly Rate: $129,554.57 Annually (2025-2026 Professional - Technical Employee Salary Schedule) [Effective Sept. 1, 2026: $134,624.40 Annually]

The Washington State Health Care Authority (HCA) provides access to health care services. Our benefits are provided to eligible positions through SEBB (School Employees Benefits Board). Eligibility for SEBB state health insurance coverage is determined by working 630 hours during the school year.

- BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Business, or related field; and,
- Four (4) or more years of work experience as a Human Resources Business Partner, HR Analyst, Policy Analyst, Labor Relations Analyst, HR Specialist, Legal Analyst and/or similar role.
- Completion of the online WASBO Certified School Business Specialist HR Track is required within 6 months of the hire date (recertification is not required).
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification is highly preferred.
- Certified Labor Relations Professional (NPELRA) is preferred.
- Municipal, K-12 public school district, or other local government experience is preferred.
