Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule 12-hour night shifts, with weekends as scheduled. Job Description We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for an ICU setting. The nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients experiencing critical conditions, including respiratory failure, atrial fibrillation, and detoxification. The role involves monitoring patients, titrating drips, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities Administer medications and monitor patient responses. Manage titratable and set rate drips including but not limited to propofol, cardizem, insulin, and levo. Perform assessments, document findings, and implement care plans. Collaborate with healthcare team members, including hospitalists and respiratory therapists, to provide comprehensive care. Provide care to pediatric patients when necessary. Float to med-surg as needed based on census. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current RN license in good standing.
