Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Responsibilities Assess residents’ needs, develop individualized care plans, and administer nursing care in a SNF setting. Evaluate and supervise nursing care and oversee nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care. Ensure practices comply with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations; follow the Director of Nursing Services or designee directions to maintain high-quality care. Follow health, sanitary, and infection control policies and maintain established standards of practice per the community’s administration and Nursing Policies and Procedures. Education/Qualifications Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN within the state in which you work. Must possess a current CPR certification. Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software.
