Human Resource Recruitment Coordinator

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator to support our local branch with administration, employee recruitment, screening, hiring, record keeping, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including job advertising, sourcing, interviewing, background checks, and onboarding. Represent the branch at job fairs, on-site hiring events, and build partnerships within the local community. Implement and adhere to company policies while complying with state and federal laws to ensure HR compliance. Enhance the candidate experience in a timely manner while meeting service level agreements. Maximize best practices in recruitment strategies and diversify outreach on social media and job platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Handshake, Indeed, MyCNAjobs, etc.). Collaborate with regional talent acquisition and HR teams on staffing needs, maintaining up-to-date employment records. Utilize applicant tracking software (iCIMS) and perform data entry into payroll and schedule tracking systems. Coordinate required trainings, confirm certification requirements, and conduct periodic audits of employee files. Desired Attributes Self‑motivated and results‑oriented. Minimum one year of office administration, recruiting, and/or human resources experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software. Experience with an applicant tracking system or data‑entry software is a plus. Effective verbal and written communication. Capability to handle confidential information responsibly.
