• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for continued support

Qualifications:

• A master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• MI licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
