Junior Customer Onboarding and Risk Management Analyst (KYC/CIP/CDD/EDD)

Your Role Key responsibilities include: Supporting formal identity verification of individual and entity customers by reviewing identifying documentation for validity and verifying information to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Assisting in the development of risk ratings and profiles for partner and shared end customers. Performing client due diligence and KYC/KYB screening on new customers across various business units. Preparing KYC/KYB packages and onboarding requests. Handling watch list filtering and negative news alerts generated during customer onboarding. Participating in projects and assigned tasks, collaborating with business unit leaders, surveillance, compliance, and technology teams. Conducting research via online tools to identify applicant entities and beneficial owners. Identifying potential KYC concerns and escalating them to senior team members or the Manager. Supporting KYC processing of new client forms and maintaining reference databases. Assisting in reviews of partner customers and shared end customers for inconsistencies or concerns. Responding to requests for information regarding appropriate KYC documentation. Identifying opportunities to improve processing and automate manual tasks. Escalating information on high-risk clients or material adverse findings to senior team members. Assisting in risk assessments of existing clients and resolving issues with senior team members. Contributing to the development and improvement of team policies and procedures. Supporting ad-hoc projects and reviews as needed. About You The company is looking for candidates who have: A college degree with strong academic credentials. AML/CFT compliance experience or related FinTech or financial services experience (especially B2B2C) is helpful but not required. Hardworking and driven attitude. Strong time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical abilities. Interpersonal skills to work effectively across regions and business units. Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with automated KYC/KYB solutions is a plus.
