Program Overview Supports the NTIA ISCOM program by leading Azure and Windows infrastructure operations, modernization, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture. Position Overview Provides technical leadership and hands‑on engineering for Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, cloud modernization, and mission‑critical Federal infrastructure. Core Responsibilities Lead Azure and Windows infrastructure modernization. Provide hands‑on engineering and incident resolution. Manage Active Directory, patching, VPN, firewalls, and O&M. Implement ITSM processes. Support Zero Trust and FISMA/NIST compliance. Lead automation and continuous improvement. Produce architecture documentation. Mentor technical staff. Coordinate with Government stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree. 8+ years cloud engineering and cybersecurity. Azure and Windows Server expertise. Experience leading Federal O&M teams. Mission-critical production support. Active Secret Clearance required. Preferred Qualifications Department of Commerce experience. BigFix, Intune, Azure VDI, Exchange migration experience. Networking knowledge including VLANs and firewalls. Experience leading distributed teams.
