Warehouse Associate

Pinnacle is seeking a dependable, safety-minded warehouse professional with forklift experience to support shipping, receiving, inventory, and material-handling operations in a heavy industrial environment.

This job is exposed to outdoor climate conditions.

6:30am - 4pm

Job Responsibilities
• Coordinate shipping and receiving activities to ensure materials and products are handled accurately and on time.
• Support continuous-improvement efforts in safety, inventory control, productivity, and quality.
• Help meet company goals while maintaining strong customer and employee service.
• Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Load, unload, stage, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Complete routine inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Work closely with the Operations/Yard Manager and team members to meet deadlines and improve processes.


Qualifications
• Forklift experience required, with the ability to operate equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with management and coworkers.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable with strong follow-up skills.
• Adaptable and able to work well under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
• Professional attitude, strong work ethic, and leadership qualities.
• Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds.
• Comfortable working in a loud, dusty heavy-industrial manufacturing environment.
• Ability to bend, twist, reach overhead, and work on irregular surfaces.
• Must wear required PPE, including safety glasses, safety vest, hearing protection, and steel-toed boots.
