Whether you're experienced or just getting started, we provide the support and opportunity to thrive.ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive podiatric evaluations and foot care in patients' homes.Diagnose and treat foot and ankle conditions, including infections, wounds, and musculoskeletal issues.Perform routine diabetic foot care, nail care, and callus removal.Develop treatment plans and coordinate with primary care physicians, specialists, and care managers.Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).Provide patient education on foot health, wound prevention, and self-care.Salary: $130,000-$200,000 May Include Bonuses & IncentivesQualificationsDoctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree from an accredited school.Current NY State podiatry license and DEA registration.Board Certified or Board Eligible in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for house call visits.Experience working with geriatric or homebound patients preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Equal Opportunity EmployerEssen Health care is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, and we seek candidates who desire to work in and serve an ethnically diverse population.
