In its reimagining, the 407 room downtown hotel recalls a grand European home. Job Overview This individual is a crucial part of the kitchen. This person knows that a successful culinary experience can only be created with sanitized and well‑maintained equipment and facilities. Their primary role is to maintain a clean kitchen, properly organize the restaurant and back‑of‑house area, and assist with the preparation of food as needed.
