CDL A Truck Driver - Company Driver Details

Top annual earnings up to $80,000. Start at 60CPM, plus layover and detention pay and a 2CPM bonus during your first year.*
Route options to fit your lifestyle. Choose from OTR and Dedicated lanes that get you home weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your location and route.
Driver-friendly freight mix. Run 99% no-touch freight with 80% drop and hook, minimizing dock time and keeping you rolling.
Benefits eligibility after 30 days. Health, dental, and vision insurance options are available.
Paid time off. Vacation, holidays, and PTO are included.
Military appreciation. Additional pay is available for verified military experience.

CDL A Truck Driver - Lease Purchase Driver Details

Earn like an owner from day one. Top lease drivers gross $200,000+ per year, earning $1.12/mi loaded plus FSC and $1.07/mi empty plus FSC.*
Get started with $0 down. Step into Dart's ownership program with predictable payments.
Affordable weekly payments help you stay profitable. Keep your costs manageable as you build your business. Truck payments start as low as $327 per week and range up to $588 per week for a 2024 model, giving you options that fit your budget and business goals.
Route options made for you. OTR and Dedicated lanes are now available for contractors.
Run easier and earn steadier. Haul 99% no-touch freight with competitive accessorial pay and Hazmat pay.
Run newer trucks built for comfort & performance. Operate late-model Freightliners, Internationals, and Peterbilts. All are equipped with inverters, fridges, Bluetooth, SiriusXM, bunk heating/cooling, and more.
Build your business without the risk. Ask about our lease operator model. Get ownership-style earning power with lower upfront costs, no plate fees, no service fees, and no out-of-pocket repair bills on all-inclusive leases.
