Security Administration Analyst - Information Security Management (ISM)

Responsibilities

• Support and strengthen the organization’s overall security posture while protecting company and client data.
• Administer user access, system entitlements, and security permissions across multiple platforms and applications.
• Ensure all provisioning and deprovisioning activities are completed accurately, in real time, and within defined SLAs.
• Adhere to least privilege access principles and enforce security best practices in all access management activities.
• Collaborate with security coordinators, application owners, and business stakeholders to validate and process access requests efficiently.
• Provide support and coverage for security-related user requests received through the ISM support channels.
• Understand and evaluate the purpose, process, impact, and risk associated with all security administration activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of enhanced workflows and operational efficiencies.
• Ensure all procedures, policies, controls, and documentation remain current and aligned with industry standards and organizational requirements.
• Contribute to a culture focused on strong security controls, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with global counterparts to maintain consistency in security administration practices across the organization.
• Present findings, recommendations, progress updates, and initiatives clearly and effectively to management and team members.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred.
• Strong interest in Information Security, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and security administration.
• Knowledge of security administration tools and technologies including:
  • Active Directory
  • ServiceNow
  • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
  • Least Privilege Access principles
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and data analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in enterprise Information Security or Identity Access Management environments.
• Understanding of security governance, risk, and compliance processes.
• Familiarity with access certification, audit controls, and security operations best practices.
• Experience supporting global teams and distributed environments.
