Job duties:

• Represent clients in transactional real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, and financing.
• Advise developers and property owners on real estate development projects and related legal requirements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, development agreements, leases, and other real estate contracts. xhyhwjd
• Conduct title examinations and review title commitments, surveys, easements, restrictions, and related property records.

Required:

• VA license
• Recent real estate experience
