Job Summary:
Tryfacta is seeking Registered Nurse ICU for our client in Moses Lake WA 98837 . This is a 13-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!

Position Title: Registered Nurse ICU
Location: Moses Lake WA 98837
Duration: 13 Weeks (Possible Extension)
Work Schedule: Days 12*3 (36hrs./week)
Pay rate: 60-70$/hr.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including physical, psychosocial, and cognitive evaluations to develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor critically ill patients, recognize changes in condition, and initiate timely nursing interventions.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and treatments safely in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Operate and monitor critical care equipment, including cardiac monitors, infusion pumps, ventilators, and other life-support devices.
• Continuously evaluate patient responses to treatment and update nursing care plans as needed.
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, medications, and patient outcomes in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, medications, discharge planning, and disease management.
• Delegate and supervise patient care activities performed by LPNs, CNAs, and other healthcare personnel while ensuring quality standards.

• Active RN License for WA state.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN ICU experience preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS Certification .
• Strong communication, teamwork, and resident care skills.
• Ability to work flexible days, including weekends and holidays as needed.
