Asistente de Gerente de Proyecto

El Asistente del Gerente de Proyecto (APM) apoya al Gerente de Proyecto y al Gerente de Proyecto Senior en la administración y coordinación diaria de proyectos de mampostería comercial. Este rol es un punto de entrada estructurado en la gestión de proyectos en FCC, ideal para una persona con experiencia en construcción que está desarrollando las habilidades técnicas, administrativas e interpersonales necesarias para gestionar proyectos de manera independiente. Responsabilidades Monitorear el estado de facturación y pago en Textura o plataformas equivalentes; informar sobre los elementos pendientes al PM. Realizar visitas al sitio para observar y documentar las condiciones del campo, el cumplimiento de seguridad y la calidad del trabajo. Asistir al Gerente de Proyecto en el seguimiento de los elementos abiertos de la lista de verificación y coordinar la resolución con los equipos de campo. Participar en capacitación de seguridad y mantener las certificaciones de OSHA vigentes. Participar en comités especiales o iniciativas de mejora de procesos interfuncionales según se solicite. Realizar otras tareas profesionales relacionadas según lo asignado por la dirección.
