Coastal Veterinary Care is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our team as we prepare to open our doors in Spring 2026. Coastal Veterinary Care is a brand-new small animal practice located in Swansea, Massachusetts, just minutes from our sister hospital, Mass-RI Veterinary Services. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new hospital from day one while benefiting from the support of an established regional and national network. As an Associate Veterinarian, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality medical care while helping to build a positive, team-oriented culture. You'll collaborate closely with experienced veterinarians, technicians, and hospital leadership to create an exceptional experience for both patients and clients. What You'll Do Provide high-quality medical, surgical, and preventive care for small animals Build strong relationships with clients through clear communication and compassionate care Collaborate with veterinarians and support staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes Contribute to a positive, team-focused hospital culture Participate in developing protocols and workflows in a new hospital setting Maintain accurate medical records and uphold ethical standards of care Why Coastal Veterinary Care?
