After training, expect $1,000 to $1,500 per week while building experience. Experienced Drivers:

Earn $1,500 to $2,200 per week depending on your experience pay tier and productivity. Solo Dispatch Guarantee:

Pay guarantee is provided for your first 3 months after your first solo dispatch. Performance Bonus:

Eligible for Driver Performance Pay (DPP) and a driver performance bonus program. Schedule & Home Time Home every two weeks for 2 full days Both day and night shifts available. Weekend and occasional holiday work required. Freight & Equipment No touch freight: live load and live unload facilities handle the freight, plus drop and hook and preload assignments. $15 stop pay on every stop. Weekly mileage typically runs 1,500 to 2,500 miles. Qualifications New CDL-A holders welcome:

Training pay starts at $0.50 per mile on a 6-month pay progression, with an experienced trainer. Must have completed at least 120 hours at an accredited CDL training school. Experienced drivers need 6 months OTR experience in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years. Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL in your state of residence. Clean driving record: no more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years and no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years. Must pass hair and urine drug testing; military experience considered with a valid DD214.
