Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Nuclear Medicine Technologist – Jefferson Radiology Position Summary The Nuclear Medicine Tech is responsible for performing nuclear medicine procedures while maintaining superior patient service. The role includes performing NM exams as described in the procedure/protocol manual, consistently maintaining a high level of quality and productivity. The Tech operates all relevant Nuclear Medicine equipment and computer systems, including RIS/PACS, with proficiency. Desired Professional Skills and Experience CNMT or ARRT Nuclear Medicine Certification and CPR (BLS) certification, required. Proficiency in venipuncture. Knowledge of cardiac EKG set‑up, QA procedures regarding maintenance of hot lab and imaging devices, and the function and use of ADAC/Philips equipment. Prior work‑related experience is required.
