ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

This position is for an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The role requires the nurse to work in a fast-paced, critical care environment, ensuring high-quality patient care.

Float Requirements: Float to stepdown and med surg units

Patient Ratios: 2:1, 3:1
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC

Qualifications

Required Certifications: Current Arkansas Licensure, BLS, ACLS
Years of Experience: Minimum of 2 years in critical care
Must Have Skills/Experience: Critical care nursing and medication administration competency. Nurses must pass a medication and math competency exam before assuming responsibilities for medication administration.
Preferred Certifications: CCRN
Personality Fit: Candidates should be upbeat and driven, ready to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
