Underwriting Associate P&C, Training & Growth

Gallagher Benefit Services, Inc.

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (AJG) is seeking a professional to support a Senior Underwriter/Broker in Scottsdale, AZ. This position focuses on servicing and managing accounts while developing core underwriting skills. You will underwrite and manage assigned accounts with specific production and service goals. Responsibilities include assisting in operational management, evaluating risks, making acceptance decisions, and collaborating with field teams for underwriting support. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and recent military experience is advantageous.
