Full-Time Hours: 40 hours/week (flexible options for fewer hours available). Full-Time Salary: $79,191.67 – $102,543.06 annually (DOE). $3000 Sign on Bonus with a one year commitment! Part-Time Pay: $54.81 – $76.96 per client hour (DOE). Sign on Bonus pro-rated for part time hours, one year commitment. Bilingual incentive: 2–5% increase. What You’ll Do Provide 1:1 occupational therapy for children and teens (ages 0–21). Develop individualized, play-based treatment plans. Collaborate closely with caregivers and an interdisciplinary team. Offer home strategies and caregiver education to support skill development. Stay on top of documentation—our systems help keep it manageable. What You’ll Need Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited program. Active Oregon OT License. CPR certification. Pediatric experience preferred; new grads encouraged to apply. Ability to deliver engaging, play-based therapy. Positive energy, teamwork mindset, and a love for kids. Comfort working in shared therapy spaces. Willingness to learn clinic equipment and suspension systems. Strong organization, time management, and communication skills. High professional accountability and ethical standards. Additional Responsibilities Conduct evaluations for clients ages 0–21. Implement treatment plans with creativity and clinical skill. Complete timely documentation meeting all insurance and licensing requirements. Collaborate with care team members. Provide resources, guidance, and compassionate support to families.
