Dimensional Inspector

Key Skilled Personnel

Job Title: Dimensional Inspector
Location: Los Alamitos, CA
Shift: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00/hr

We are seeking a detail-oriented Dimensional Inspector to perform visual and dimensional inspections of aerospace bearing components. This role involves using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, bore gages, and hardness testers to ensure parts meet required specifications and tolerances.

Responsibilities:

Perform dimensional and visual inspections
Record ID/OD measurements and hardness results
Read engine manuals and shop travelers
Complete plating-related tasks including cleaning, masking, sandblasting, and plating
Document inspection results and rejection tags
Create rework routers in Epicor

Qualifications:

Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. Citizen or U.S. Person)
High School Diploma or GED required
2+ years of inspection or aerospace/manufacturing experience preferred
Experience using precision measuring instruments
Basic shop math and computer skill
Strong attention to detail
