Lead Warehouse Associate

Now Hiring Lead Warehouse Associate Pay Rate: $20$22/hr (Depending on Experience) We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Warehouse Associate to join our team! Qualifications:

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Must be able to operate all warehouse equipment:
• Reach Truck
• Order Picker
• Sit-Down Forklift
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to lead teammates, provide clear instructions, and follow up to ensure tasks are completed correctly
• Must be self-driven, hands-on, and dependable

Responsibilities:

• Act as Quality Control (QC) for all loads being built
• Verify labels and order accuracy
• Communicate inventory shortages with Steph and the inventory team
• Pick, stage, and complete orders independently when volume is light
• Assist in fulfillment operations when needed
• Cross-train to support multiple departments
• Must be flexible to transfer to new location within the next few months
