As a Physical Therapist in our outpatient clinic, you will specialize in orthopedic rehabilitation, providing expert care to help patients recover and regain function. You will work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized treatment plans that promote healing and enhance quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient conditions and medical history
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Provide manual therapy and therapeutic exercises
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
- Maintain thorough documentation of patient care
- Educate patients on injury prevention and self-care techniques
- Manage pain and facilitate rehabilitation efforts
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- 1+ years of physical therapy experience
- Licensed Physical Therapist (state-specific)
- Strong skills in patient assessment and therapeutic exercise
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and rehabilitation planning
- In-depth anatomy knowledge
- Excellent communication skills and empathy
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
