Position Details: Location: Great Barrington, MA Employment Type: Full-Time Hourly Rate: $41 – $45 per hour (Depending on Experience) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Key Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders Provide therapy in a skilled nursing facility setting, collaborating with nurses, OT/PT, and physicians Supervise Clinical Fellows (CFYs) and support staff according to state guidelines Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA and Medicare regulations Educate patients, caregivers, and families on therapy strategies and safe swallowing techniques Impact Recruiting Solutions – Driving Careers, Transforming Healthcare.
