Job Details

We're looking for a Maintenance Sales Executive with commercial HVAC technical experience and a strong customer-service mindset. In this virtual role, you'll build relationships with new and existing customers, understand their facility needs, and recommend effective mechanical-service solutions. You'll survey equipment, develop repair or replacement proposals, and follow each opportunity through. This position is a good fit for a self-starter who is comfortable balancing technical problem-solving with sales goals, and who wants room to grow.

Responsibilities:

• Identify prospective customers in assigned markets and promptly follow up on leads and referrals.
• Survey and assess mechanical systems, equipment, drawings, and job conditions.
• Understand customer needs and recommend repair, modification, replacement, or maintenance solutions.
• Prepare cost estimates and technical proposals in line with company pricing standards.
• Build strong customer relationships, address concerns, and provide timely, cost-effective solutions.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of quotes and opportunities to support sales goals.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC service or a related field; facilities management or operations and maintenance experience is preferred.
• Strong mechanical and technical background.
• Strong customer presentation skills and demonstrated sales aptitude.
• Experience preparing technical and cost proposals, including cost modeling.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Competitive, articulate, goal-oriented, ambitious, and energetic approach.
