CUSTODIAN - SWING SHIFT (3pm or 5pm Start)

$23/hr ITAR-Compliant Worksite

What You’ll Do

You’ll be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and

orderly environment across office, lab, production, and common‑area spaces.

Your work helps ensure employees, engineers, and technicians can perform at

their best.

Daily Janitorial Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping surfaces
• Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, and breakrooms
• Clean offices, conference rooms, corridors, and common areas according to assigned schedules

Quality & Service Support

• Follow established cleaning procedures, checklists, and task assignments
• Respond to routine cleaning requests and report issues or concerns to the Janitorial Supervisor
• Maintain assigned areas to cleanliness and appearance standards

Safety & Equipment

• Use cleaning chemicals and supplies safely and as instructed
• Operate basic janitorial equipment such as vacuums, mops, and carts
• Wear required PPE
• Report spills, hazards, or equipment issues promptly

Top Qualifications

• ITAR compliant (required for facility access)
• Previous cleaning, sanitation, or general labor experience
• Ability to perform physical tasks: standing, walking, lifting, bending
• Strong reliability and consistent attendance
• Willingness to follow instructions and work independently
• Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and equipment
• Comfortable working in commercial or industrial environments

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Beaverton, OR.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
