Getting in early and getting it right is a real competitive advantage and a must-do.The Senior Manager, Women's Sports & Portfolio Innovation owns this practice area end to end: building GEICO's women's sports strategy from the ground up, redesigning the long-lead sponsorship portfolio roadmap, and serving as the primary steward for key sponsorships and talent relationships. This is not a single sponsorship to manage — it's a practice area to build, with its own strategy, investment framework, and multi-year roadmap.This role requires someone who has already built or led a sports or sponsorship practice of comparable scope — not someone stepping into practice leadership for the first time. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate.
