Location: Erwin, TN
Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | 12-Hour Shifts
$10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time!

• Registered Nurse (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Full-Time Opportunities Available

• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• 12-Hour Shifts

• Every Other Weekend Rotation

Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, treatments, and resident assessments

• Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes

• Maintain accurate documentation and clinical charting

• Collaborate with CNAs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members

• Follow established nursing policies, procedures, and care plans

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing environment

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing

• Current CPR certification preferred

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required

• Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills

• Compassionate and dependable approach to resident care
