Consultant, Strategic Enablement

Leads strategy client account management and solution development for Vanguard's largest enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and coordinating client engagements, including executive meetings and leadership forums. Conduct research and analysis related to internal and client-driven opportunities (e.g., partnerships, products, solutions). Prepare materials and presentations for senior leaders and client discussions. Track progress on strategic initiatives and help communicate outcomes to stakeholders. Support the ongoing development of team processes and infrastructure to help build a best-in-class Strategic Enablement function. Qualifications Minimum of 6 years related work experience; prior experience in strategy, consulting, financial analysis, or client relationship management preferred. Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, etc.) a plus. Strong analytical, conceptual thinking, and professional communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and contribute to outcomes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proven ability to collaborate across teams and support stakeholder engagement.
