Operational Oversight Direct day-to-day C2BMC-G activities to guarantee the availability, quality, and security of services crucial for mission systems, command and control (C2), and information sharing Coordinate with the C2BMC Regional CWO and the C2BMC Command Center (CCC) Lead Ensure reports are accurate, keep leadership updated, suggest suitable actions, and monitor the real-time status of all systems Complete any additional tasks or assignments as needed Work a rotating 12-hour schedule that may include nights, weekends, and off-shift substitutions; full 24/7 coverage is anticipated, depending on mission requirements Please list your current security clearance and IAT or relevant certifications on your resume, if applicable. A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, Project Management, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field from an accredited university, along with 8 years of experience; or a Master's degree in a related field with 6 years of relevant work experience; or 12 years of relevant work experience may be considered as an alternative to a degree Applicants must have a current, active in-scope DoD-issued Top Secret security clearance at the time of application, which is required to start with the eligibility to be read in at SCI clearance Experienced in Project Management, Planning, and Resource Management Experience leading personnel in the operations and/or maintenance of large-scale computer and communications systems/networking Experience or knowledge of enterprise network, systems, and cyber defense capabilities and management Effective communication and the ability to brief technical system and network issues and overall system reports to program management and customer leadership using appropriate tools such as Microsoft Visio and PowerPoint Sound knowledge and practical experience to direct the assessment and development of Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) and/or Operating Instructions (OIs) to effectively administer, operate, and manage services under C2BMC operational control Proficient with Microsoft Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams Experienced in Agile methodologies and JIRA Experience liaising with other Department of War (DoW) Agencies and associated Missile Defense Systems operations/organizations Experience working with the U.S. Space Force, USSTRATCOM, SPACECOM, or in the space domain
