Desired qualifications not required;
Knowledge of classical/modern cooking techniques and familiarity with current cooking trends. Ability to consistently perform required daily tasks; be a valued team player; and set a good example as a professional. A true passion for sound cooking principles; club experience is a plus. As a member of the culinary team, you will be held accountable to perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment.

You will gain valuable experience and have the opportunity to advance quickly at this property. An experienced executive chef with a deep classical cooking background and extensive hospitality experience will lead and train you. A cooking aptitude test will be required
