Aspire Senior Living Moberly is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Maintenance Assistant to join our team! As a Maintenance Assistant , you will play a critical role in ensuring the overall maintenance and upkeep of our Long-Term Care community, providing a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents.

Maintenance Assistant Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
• Conduct regular inspections of the community to identify and address any maintenance issues
• Assist with moving and arranging furniture, fixtures, and equipment as needed
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to complete projects and tasks in a timely manner

Maintenance Assistant Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience or equivalent education and training
• Preferred experience in a long-term care/assisted living/memory care setting
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (must be able to travel to and from work)
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures
