Job Description

The CNC Setup Operator is responsible for preparing and setting up CNC milling and lathe machines to produce small batch, custom parts accurately and efficiently. This role requires expertise in machine setup to ensure precision in manufacturing processes and adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities

Set up and adjust CNC milling and lathe machines for production runs
Interpret technical drawings and specifications to configure machines
Ensure machines are calibrated for small batch, custom part manufacturing
Conduct trial runs and make necessary adjustments for optimal performance
Maintain equipment and perform routine checks to prevent downtime
Collaborate with production team to meet quality and delivery targets

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in CNC machining
