The Carpenter will perform detailed woodworking and installation tasks primarily in residential construction, renovation, and remodeling projects. Working within a small crew, the Carpenter will interpret blueprints, measure and cut materials precisely, and ensure structural framing, finishing, and maintenance are completed with high quality and safety standards. This role demands proficiency with carpentry tools and adherence to safety compliance to deliver durable and aesthetically pleasing results without the need for travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Execute woodworking and carpentry installations on residential projects
• Read and interpret blueprints to plan and complete tasks accurately
• Measure and cut materials to specifications
• Perform framing, finishing, and concrete work as required
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Operate carpentry tools safely and efficiently
• Comply with safety standards and protocols on all job sites
• Collaborate within a small crew to meet project goals

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in carpentry
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License; CDL preferred
• Proficiency with carpentry tools and equipment
• Strong skills in blueprint interpretation and layout measurement
• Knowledge of safety practices in construction environments
• Effective problem-solving and teamwork abilities
• Good time management and organizational skills
