We have an immediate opening for a Manager, Inventory Planning & Production Scheduling for our Quincy Warehouse. The person we hire must have experience in Production Scheduling, live within 25 miles of Quincy,  and be a US Citizen.   

As Production is in the Dominican, and Managed by our 3rd Party Provider, the Manager, Inventory Planning & Production Scheduling has the following responsibilities:

• Preparation of Orders for the Plant to Produce
• Weekly Review of the Production Schedule and Updating/ Setting of Priorities.
• Ordering of Fabric and Accessories
• Maintaining Minimum and Maximum Stock Levels for our Quincy Warehouse
• Scheduling Weekly Meetings with Sales & the Plant to Review Production Needs Vs. Weekly Updated WIP (Work in Progress) Report.

The Person we Hire must have the following Knowledge/Skills:

• Excel- Maintaining Inventory Records, and Skilled at Setting Up Formulas and Formatting
• MS Office- Word, Teams for Meetings, Outlook for E-Mails                                    
• Accounting Experience- Enjoys working with Numbers
• Good Communications -From Customer Needs to Plant Priorities 

Maintaining Product Cost Records

• Keeping Product Cost Records updated.
• Preparing Monthly Inventory Cost Report

 

 

This Manager Position teams with and backs up the Stockroom Supervisor who receives merchandise from the plant, keeps shelves stocked, picks orders for shipping, and relieves inventory by posting Ship Tickets. The Manager Position may assist the Stockroom Supervisor as needed, so must be in good health, and with the strength to handle boxes weighing up to 35 lbs.  Hiring subject to completing a physical and drug test.

 

 

Education:

Associate Degree minimum, with courses in math, basic accounting, computers, MS Office, including Teams and Outlook, as well as Excel, with knowledge of setting up formulas and Excel Spreadsheets.

 

Location of Position and Hours:

This Position is an “In Office” Hourly Position.  No Overtime without approval.

DenLine Uniforms is open for business from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday

 

Income:

Base Hourly Rate of $28.00 per hour

Plus... Eligible for Monthly Performance Bonus boosting Hourly Rate

Up to Maximum $33.75 Per Hour.

• After 3 Years of Service- 2 Weeks, must be scheduled and approved in advance

Company Paid 401K Contributions

Employees over 1,000 Hours/Following 1 Year of Service:

3% Employee Safe Harbor Provision, 100% contributed by DenLine

Discretionary Employee Profit Sharing Provision, 100% paid by DenLine .

The plan has a discretionary matching provision where the Company matches the         employee’s contribution to 4% of compensation .
