Youth Care Worker – Full-Time
Location: Butner, NC
Pay: Starting at $16/hr+, based on experience & education
Available Schedules: Days (7a - 7p, 3-4 days per week), Nights (7p - 7a, 3-4 nights per week)

What You’ll Do:

• Be a steady, positive role model

• Engage youth in structured, goal-oriented activities

• Support individualized care and assessments

• Keep the environment calm, safe, and supportive

• Uphold strong values: ethical, moral, and professional

What You Bring:

• Age 21+ with High School diploma or GED

• Valid NC driver’s license

• Ability to pass background checks and complete training

• Ready to work 12-hour shifts
