Qualifications Experience estimating Doors, Frames, and Hardware (DFH) projects Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business, or related field (not required) Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Ability to learn estimating and takeoff software (e.g., Emullion®, OST®) Self-motivated with the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines Ability to read construction plans and understand local building codes and regulations Commitment to high personal and professional standards Ability to pass a criminal background check Willingness to sign a Confidentiality, Non-Disclosure, and Non-Solicitation Agreement Position Summary A rapidly growing construction services company is seeking an experienced DFH Estimator to join a Pre-Construction team in Woburn, MA. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for producing accurate, high-quality estimates. The Estimator will support preconstruction efforts for Doors, Frames, and Hardware projects, ensuring proposals and bids are comprehensive and precise.
