Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and vigilant Part Time Security Officer to join our team in Calumet City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment while providing excellent customer service to all visitors and staff.
Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or unusual activity.
• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, ensuring safety and security protocols are followed.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service to visitors, employees, and contractors.
• Maintain accurate and detailed reports of daily activities and irregularities.
• Assist in enforcing company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency personnel when necessary.

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse individuals.
• Ability to remain alert and attentive during shifts.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work part-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Work Schedule

This is a part-time position on weekends. Saturdays and Sundays from 6 PM - 6 AM. (Note: 12 Hour Shifts). Availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred

Pay Rate: $20.00/HR
