Job Description

• Manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
• Supervise procurement and allocation of resources, including materials and labor.
• Coordinate with local authorities for necessary permits and inspections.
• Identify and mitigate project risks effectively.

• Previous project management experience in the property or construction industry.
