About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 10H Day Hours per Shift: 6:45 AM - 5:15 PM Experience: Minimum of 2 years in relevant specialty required License: Active VA / Compact License required Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - Scrub and circulate experience required - Experience with Vascular, Neuro, and da Vinci robotics required - All RTO must be included in submission Description: Orientation is held every other Monday only. The position is for a 10-hour day shift with possible call shifts, including weekend rotations. No more than 3 call shifts per week, Monday to Friday. Not more than 3 weekend calls over a 6-week schedule. Locals are not accepted. Cancellations can occur up to 36 hours before an assignment due to census changes. The environment is a teaching hospital, and there will be frequent interaction with students and new hires. Team members are expected to foster a culture of support.
