The Salesman role focuses on managing both inside and outside sales channels to drive business growth. This position requires direct interaction with walk-in and existing business clients, utilizing Salesforce to track sales activities. The ideal candidate is skilled in customer support, payment collection, and upselling, with the ability to maintain strong relationships through consistent follow-up and product expertise. Local travel may be necessary to support client needs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with walk-in customers and existing business clients
• Collect payments and process orders effectively
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge to advise customers
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Provide excellent customer support throughout the sales process
• Identify opportunities to upsell products or services
