Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Custodial Worker to maintain clean, safe, and sanitary facilities. The ideal candidate will perform routine cleaning duties, maintain assigned areas, and follow established sanitation and safety procedures.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors.
- Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly.
- Clean surfaces, furniture, windows, and fixtures as assigned.
- Restock restroom supplies and cleaning materials.
- Operate cleaning equipment and handle cleaning chemicals safely.
- Report maintenance concerns and safety hazards.
- Follow cleaning schedules and workplace safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical cleaning tasks.
- Ability to lift and move supplies as required.
