Clinical Research Assistant

Position Summary This is a clinical research assistant role, focusing on a one-year project involving spinal cord stimulation patients. The project will involve creating a database of approximately 100 patients with adaptive stimulation implants, conducting retrospective surveys, data analysis, and ultimately publishing a manuscript. Survey collection responsibilities include explaining study procedures for informed consent, answering participant questions, and ensuring adherence to IRB and ethical guidelines. After identifying eligible patients and organizing study workflows, the assistant will assist with building and managing a database, including accurate data entry, verification, and maintaining confidentiality. They will then participate in data cleaning and analysis with the goal of publishing findings. The selected candidate will also pursue opportunities for presenting at conferences and applying for research awards to enhance the research project. Minimum Education And Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must come from appropriately accredited institutions.
