Job Responsibilities

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and design personalized therapy approaches to help them reach their functional objectives

• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to ensure holistic and comprehensive patient care
• Guide Patients and Caregivers: Equip patients and their families with knowledge on therapy methods to bolster continuous improvement at home
• Track Progress and Adjust Plans: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment strategies as necessary, ensuring that patients stay on the right path

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Encouragement and support for ongoing education or post-graduate certifications

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required
