AIM is seeking an EISEP (Expanded In-home Services for the Elderly) Caregiver to join our mission-driven organization. Our growing team is offering a great benefits package that includes the following:

Position Snapshot: The Caregiver is tasked with a wide range of care needs for each Consumer. Each task will be specific to the consumer's care plan and should be followed as stated. 

Essential Functions:

The goal is to assist people with disabilities in completing daily living activities such as:  

• Grooming  
• Mobility/transfers  
• Dressing  
• Housekeeping  
• Wellness Activities  
• Community Errands  
• Cooking  
• Toileting  
• Hygiene  

Experience and Qualifications:  

• Be at least 18 years of age.  
• Provide complete documentation that supports authorization to work in the USA.  
• Perform tasks as stated on the individual care plan.  
• Willing and able to complete forms including annual health screening, annual TB testing, and any follow-up criminal background checks as needed.  

Physical and Environmental Requirements:  

• Pre-employment physical and TB test.  
• Complete MMR Vaccination (measles, mumps, and rubella) or Titer Evaluation.   
• Ability to effectively interact and work with individuals from diverse backgrounds. 
• Flexibility and ability to manage a complex workload in varied work environments. 
• Willingness to travel to Consumer homes. 
• Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
