Middle School Teacher

Job Description: To create a class environment favorable to learning and personal growth; to establish effective rapport with pupils; to motivate pupils to develop skills, attitudes, and knowledge in accordance with each pupil's ability; and to establish good relationships with parents and other staff members ( Job Description 10:03). Required Qualifications: Minimum of Bachelor's Degree. Must have certification and be highly qualified to teach Middle School in schools of Alabama. Salary: Salary Schedule adopted by the Lawrence County Board of Education for the effective date of employment.
