Part-Time EMDR Trained Licensed Therapist Hybrid or Remote

Position Summary

We are seeking a part-time EMDR-trained licensed therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD) who is skilled in providing trauma-informed individual therapy. This is a contract position, ideal for clinicians seeking flexibility and a supportive community as they grow and develop their clinical skills and caseload in the private practice setting. Therapists must be available to maintain a caseload of at least 10 clients.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted clinical license in California (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD)
• Completion of EMDR basic training and at least one year of utilizing EMDR with clients
• Commitment to trauma-focused and trauma-informed care
• Experience supporting BIPOC individuals through trauma-informed and culturally responsive care

• Interest in building and maintaining a steady part-time caseload
