100% Home Office - Chat Agent (m/f/d) In Telecommunications With German Language Skills

What can you expect? You will be the first point of contact for customers who reach out via chat. Modern AI tools will help you, taking over routine tasks, so you have more time for real customer support. Here, AI is not a replacement but a part of your team.

Your daily tasks:

• Handling customer inquiries related to products and services, providing personalized, customer-centric solutions.
• Supporting end-users in setting up, configuring, and troubleshooting mobile subscriptions, devices, and issues with PCs, tablets, and smartphones.
• Sales (up-selling and cross-selling): recommending products and services that fit the customers existing offerings.
• Maintaining contact via chat and handling pre-arranged callbacks.
• Performing administrative tasks and keeping the customer database up-to-date.
• You will use modern tools that make your work more efficient and productive.

We are looking for you if:

• You have confident German language skills, both spoken and written (minimum B2 level).
• Your communication is polite, partner-focused, and respectful.
• In your family, you are the first to whom people turn with questions about computers, mobile devices, or other technical issues, and you are interested in technical solutions.
• You are flexible with your working hours: whether due to your studies or lifestyle, afternoon and weekend shifts are not a challenge for you.
• You enjoy selling and combine your persuasive communication with a courteous, customer-focused attitude.
• You easily adapt to new tools and technologies and enjoy working with them.
• You have the necessary conditions for working from home or are willing to work in our Pcs office.

Do you have experience in customer service? Thats great, but its not a requirement.

• Indefinite contract.
• Up to br. 560,000 Ft monthly income* (br. 2,448 Ft hourly wage, bonus, commission, cafeteria allowance, travel cost reimbursement). Depending on your sales talent, you can earn up to br. 700,000 Ft gross per month.
• 100% home office option from your second workday. We will provide you with the necessary equipment on your first day in our Pcs office.
